B. Kelly Dunn, REALTOR®, has been building relationships in the Des Moines metro area and beyond as a real estate professional for almost 10 years helping hundreds of clients find homes, land, acreages and investment properties to suit their needs.
As a young child, Kelly’s love for real estate began when his dad, a Navy veteran and farmer, started buying houses and investing in rental properties. After graduating college, Kelly's personal work experiences and entrepreneurial spirit drove him to leave corporate America and get his real estate license in 2015. His real estate knowledge, drive and connections built with trusted mortgage lenders, home inspectors, construction contractors, pest inspectors, radon mitigation companies and more have given him an edge on the market and catapulted his real estate business forward.
Kelly recently made a move to rebrand his real estate business as Kelly Dunn Realty and join Spire Real Estate, a locally owned brokerage. His new office will be located in The District at Prairie Trail in Ankeny, Iowa. Kelly looks forward to providing his real estate clients with the same great services in the local community and across central Iowa for many years to come. His passion for real estate, support and care for his clients, from pre-approval to close, have taken him to new heights in his career. He has also received several awards over the years for being a top real estate producer.
Kelly was born and raised on a farm just south of Des Moines in Carlisle, and he’s a graduate of Iowa State University who enjoys Cyclone athletics. He and his wife have owned homes in Carlisle, Des Moines and currently reside in Ankeny. Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and French Bulldog. In his spare time, you'll find him cycling, swimming, watching sporting events and anything active and outdoors.
